"I’ve had great experience with them in the past until I got an agent who made no sense over the phone. My premium was at $799 and then all of the sudden jumped to $968. When I asked her why all she could tell me was being if the drive safe and save app…so you’re telling me my premium jumped because of an app? Then I asked her why my 101 savings wasn’t applied and she said that it already was. This shocked me because when I signed on my premium was 799 not 1200…and she could t explain anything to me at all. I’ll be looking to switch to a difference insurance that knows what they’re talking about and have qualified agents."
