State Farm® Insurance Agent Brad Siok

"Updating from my original review which boasted about one of the agents, Michelle who claimed to help me lower my bill by getting me an additional policy and helping me sign up for the Drive Safe and Save program. Well turns out the numbers she gave me were incorrect and when I sent an email asking about the price jump from the first month of the new billing, she called me just to tell me that “her numbers were correct” and she wasnt sure where I was getting my numbers from. I tried asking her questions and she rushed me off the phone. When I tried getting her to stay on the line to answer my questions she said “youre being rude” and hung up the phone on me. HA! What an unprofessional and rude person. I would NOT recommend this agency due to their lying and disrespect. I attached my original review below which I will now be removing. Original review: Michelle was super helpful in lowering my insurance rates and getting me two policies for cheaper than what I was paying for one policy! I have been with State Farm for 7 months, so I appreciate the business for still trying to get me lower rates even though I am not a new customer. Thanks again, Michelle!"

"I have absolutely had enough garbage from years with Liberty and SafeCo, and finally sent feelers out to coworkers for a new agent/company. I had 4 total referrals and I checked with all of them; State Farm, Travelers, Allstate and AmFam. I was lucky enough to land Jess B at Brad Siok/State Farm, and I could not be happier (hoping it lasts!). SF was not the cheapest, but Jess is smart, professional, and knows her stuff. I was also looking for an actual agent that I could call, not this wait on hold forever for a human just so I could be hung up on after 30 minutes of waiting because I picked the wrong option. Not so with Jess and Brad Siok State Farm… I have a human who gave me her cell phone number! Final selling point? Check out their reviews…. Almost 1500 of them… all perfect FIVES!
